Moguls and Misers Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026. This policy covers Moguls and Misers, published by KTP and Data, Inc. (KTP Games).
What we collect
Your game is saved on your device. To power the leaderboard and achievements, the app creates a player profile on our server (hosted on Microsoft Azure) that stores:
- The display name and avatar you choose, and a random device identifier
- Your scores, achievements, and the app version you play on
- Whether you have a premium purchase and whether you've hidden yourself from the leaderboard
Your display name, avatar, and scores appear on the public leaderboard unless you choose to hide your profile from it in the app. We do not collect your real name, email, or location, and we do not run advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Deleting your data: email support@ktpdata.com with your display name and we will delete your player profile and scores from our server.
Permissions
Moguls and Misers does not ask for access to any of your device's features or data.
iCloud and sync
Your game save stays on your device. Only the profile data listed above is stored on our server.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details; Apple tells the app only which purchases are active.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
